From the people who have brought you events such as RAW on the dance floor, RAW sounds, RAW War, Raw V.I.P and many more is now proud to present Australia’s first Junior only Hip Hop Dance Competition.
The RAW competitions aim to encourage fresh dance crews and singers to test their skills in a friendly atmosphere.
RAW Junior 2009
Junior is our brand new RAW competition – open to under-16s only. We know there are so many inspired young dancers out there eager for a chance to see their crew name written on that famous ViKiNGs Big Cheque. Who will be crowned as the hottest young RnB/Hip-hop dance crew in Melbourne?
1st Prize: Engraved Trophy & Big Cheque, plus $1,000 Cash
2nd Prize: Engraved Trophy, plus Cash and/or Prizes to the value of $500
3rd Prize: Engraved Trophy, plus Cash and/or Prizes to the value of $200
The talent & creativity on display was astounding – we are so excited to see what the competitors can bring to RAW Junior 2009!

RAW Sounds 2009 – Heat 2
This event will also include Heat 2 for RAW Sounds 2009! For Heat 1 & 2, only singers will compete.
For the Finals, backup dancers (3-15) are required. RAW Sounds 2009 has Junior (under-16) and Senior Divisions.

Due to a conflicting schedule in events on the May 30th weekend, we will be postponing RAW Junior and rescheduling to Sunday the 28th June 2009.
Positions are still available for RAW junior competitors and RAW sounds Heat 2 singers. Act quick and secure your spot now.
