No Drama Charity Showcase

Time: Doors open 3.30pm. Show runs from 4-6pm.
Place: Melbourne Music Academy
Cost: $10

Systematik proudly presents: Showcase 2009 – ‘No Drama’ – Gawad Kalinga

Building from the success of last year’s fundraiser for the ‘Starlight Childrens Foundation’, this year Systematik aims to donate a little closer to home – The Philippines.

‘No Drama’ has been selected as the event name to symbolise two matters;
1. To suspend any tension, conflict or ‘drama’ between all individuals and groups for at least one day in an attempt to;
2. help out those in the Philippines that have lived unbearable, unimaginable lives.

The event will feature showcases from a number of dance crews, singers and other performers showcasing their talents in a bid to raise funds for ‘Gawad Kaling’ – a charity that focuses on building housing communities for those much less fortunate than ourselves.

*All proceeds will be donated to ‘Gawad Kalinga’

    *ATTENTION*

    'Alpha Delinkwentz' have backed out.

    Also, due to a miscommunication between crews 'Royal Fam' (krumpers) will also be unable to perform.

    We will, however, do our best to look for replacement crews despite the late notice and keep you guys posted.

    If you feel this to be of somewhat an inconveniece to you then, my bad!

    Nah seriously we'll work it out. It's coming up soon yo!

    Sorry guys on behalf on Alpha.

    We are preparing our show for groove and we are all busy with work or uni and performances. Some of us will be there to cheer on the other crews and hope the event goes well and sorry to have to back out.
