Encryption is an ALL AGES event being held in the nations capital. Unlike anything Canberra has ever seen before, Encryption is a true representation of hip hop culture. We have designed an event that ensures exposure and debuts raw talent resulting in an explosion of fashion, music, art, dance straight from hip hop community. It’s time to recognize, unify, understand and educate a young city about what we know best.
Encryption is dedicated to enhancing the hip hop dance, music and fashion industries by showcasing new talent as well as embracing the already well-known, creating a nationally recognized exclusive online boutique store, while increasing economic opportunities and growth in the hip hop scene.
Sydney’s Dj Libre and Kid Koma that brought their skills and dope music to battle events such as 360, Super Round Box and more are spinning for us as well as Canberra’s own Just1 and Luc Bakar. A sweet line up of Dj’s plus Canberra’s own MC Skinj will keep the place buzzing while street wear designers T-Heinrich (Canberra), Sneak Preview Customs (Sydney), Sez (Canberra), Lifelike (Melbourne) and more showcase their freshness!
Also, guest appearances by Pania, Emman and Jesse, Top 20 finalists of SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE 2009, will be there to support, dance and have a kicking time. Acts include: DC Crew (Canberra), bpMafia (Canberra), Deja (Sydney), the Eminent Fam Krumpers (Sydney) and more.
