Systematik proudly presents: Showcase 2009 – ‘No Drama’ – Gawad Kalinga
Building from the success of last year’s fundraiser for the ‘Starlight Childrens Foundation’, this year Systematik aims to donate a little closer to home – The Philippines.
‘No Drama’ has been selected as the event name to symbolise two matters;
1. To suspend any tension, conflict or ‘drama’ between all individuals and groups for at least one day in an attempt to;
2. help out those in the Philippines that have lived unbearable, unimaginable lives.
The event will feature showcases from a number of dance crews, singers and other performers showcasing their talents in a bid to raise funds for ‘Gawad Kaling’ – a charity that focuses on building housing communities for those much less fortunate than ourselves.
*All proceeds will be donated to ‘Gawad Kalinga’
